AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic is a premium synthetic rubber based sealant and caulk. It is intended for flashing, sealing and repairing metal roofs and trailers, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, TPO and many other single ply systems. AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic is ideal for caulking termination bars, metal flashings and fasteners. AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic is strong, elastic, and adheres to most common roofing materials.
Description
AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic is manufactured from a 100% synthetic rubber base to a mastic or semi-mastic viscosity. It contains no asphalt or other bituminous material. AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic is formulated to apply easily by trowel, brush or caulking gun. AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic contains anti-oxidants and light-stabilizers for extended life and reinforcing fibers that add strength and durability.

Application
Apply AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic as it comes from the container with either a trowel, chip brush or caulking gun. Surface must be free of oil and dirt. AIM #780 Solvent Based White Mastic will adhere to wet and underwater surfaces when used for repairs only. Apply 1⁄4 inch thick and taper edges when possible. When using a caulking gun apply a bead 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 inch thick. For single-ply systems, consult the manufacturer to insure compatibility.
