Uses
AIM #810 Terpolymer Sealant is a high-performance, multipurpose thermoplastic elastomer based sealant. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces including: metal, Kynar®, asphalt, shingles, modified bitumen, EPDM, TPO, Elvaloy/PVC, Hypalon, vinyl, fiber cement, wood, concrete, tile, masonry, glass. Use to seal seams, flashings and penetrations on all types of roofs. Ideal for residential roofing applications where appearance is important.

Application
Surface to be sealed must be clean. Porous surfaces may be primed with AIM #100 prior to application of this product. To use, cut tip to size and puncture seal. Maximum recommended joint depth is 3/8 inch. Use backer rod for deep joints. May be painted. Some paints may require up to one week cure time before application. Keep unopened container warm prior to use.
