Mechanically mix before using. Do not store above 90oF. Apply only at temperatures above 40oF and rising with less than 90% humidity and no threat of rain for 48 hours. Surfaces must be power washed clean with a suitable residue-free detergent, such as AIM #110. The surface may be damp but must be free of standing water. Surface temperatures should be under 100oF to avoid premature curing. This product displays very good resistance to intermittent ponding water. However, when applied to areas that retain water permanently or near-permanently, service life will be severely diminished and adhesion failure can be expected.

Apply with a roller or suitable spray equipment at the rate of 1.25 to 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. A second coat of AIM #730 Premium Elastomeric Acrylic Roof Coating. (Top Coating) is required to achieve a consistent, pin-hole free, surfacing 20 to 30 mils thick.

AIM #730MB Modified and Asphalt Base Coat is not compatible with all roof types. Consult the manufacturer if uncertain about what type of roof you have.
